The Greenest Fruit for you

Is there anything this beautiful fruit can’t do? Skin health, heart health, better digestion, curbing cravings? I love avocados 🥑 I love everything about them. 

 

Most of all the versatility of this fruit that most think is a vegetable. Avocados debut in most of my meals and snacks anywhere from breakfast on toast to smoothies, on top of salads and alongside dinner, maybe as a snack on a rice cake  :) Personally I eat one a day! 

 

In the past Avocados were falsely accused of being “too fatty” and people really watched out if they were dieting. Turns out avocados are filled with natural fat that actually helps to curb hunger and let the brain know that you are full. So for all all those avo haters 🙋🏻‍♀️ out there move on this is good for your fat and it’s plant based goodness is super heart healthy!
