Sometimes my days are only filled with bottomless black coffee and other days its filled with creative art projects and coffee. There is no perfect day but I like to find the joy in each, especially when I wake up not feeling my best, I try my best to channel my creative side. It has never let me down, what makes you happy?

Breaking habits is no light hearted matter. For many the idea of breaking a habit is extremely stressful and daunting. I always like to focus on each day as it passes, this way the days that are passing I can celebrate instead of focussing on how far away three weeks is. It has been said that 21 days is the amount of time one needs to break or form a new habit. Has this worked for you?
