Is 21 the magic number?

Breaking habits is no light hearted matter. For many the idea of breaking a habit is extremely stressful and daunting. I always like to focus on each day as it passes, this way the days that are passing I can celebrate instead of focussing on how far away three weeks is. It has been said that 21 days is the amount of time one needs to break or form a new habit. Has this worked for you?

Summer are you here yet?

I wish it was summer all year long, I would be the happiest person alive. But since its not, at least where we live I have to do the best I can to feed my body with vitamin D and positive thoughts of summer days that are hopefully just around the corner.
